Two brand-new six-bedroom, eight-bathroom homes, custom-designed and purpose-built as luxury vacation rentals. Each home offers over 5,500 sq. ft. of indoor living space and 2,000 sq. ft. of outdoor living space. Perfect for very large groups, each house accommodates up to 26 guests—or book both together for groups of up to 50.
Our focus is on comfort and consistency: every guest enjoys equal luxury accommodations so no one feels they “drew the short straw.”

Summary: All 22 of us had a phenomenal time in Moab, largely because of our lovely, spacious lodging, which provided a starting point for each day’s activities and a pleasant gathering place for meals, games, swimming, reacquainting, reminiscing, and getting a restful night’s sleep. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and carefully laid out for guests’ optimal enjoyment. Property staff Liam, Kennedy, Whitney, and Kenny were easily accessible and consistently attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We don’t know how our family vacation could have been more fun! Thank you!!
